7 Reasons Working Too Much Is Bad For Your Health

Too Much Sleep -- Not Enough Sleep

There have been studies which suggest the correct amount of sleep that the body requires -- usually ranging from 7 to 10 hours.  These studies also include the amount of rest that is needed for mental recuperation also.

What is the number for the hours that you require?  It's not the same for everyone.  Personally, I require at least seven hours but a friend of mine would pop up after three or four and be fully energized.  What is your correct number?  Only you know.

Anyway, the best way to wind down from long eleven or twelve hour work shifts is to eat correctly and schedule a fitness routine which allows you to remove some of the stress.

If you work in an assembly line environment, you may want to do yoga or a similar relaxation program, whereas if you sit behind a desk, you may want to do more cardio or resistance training.

Whatever you chose, remember that you may have a co-worker who has the same situation and this could be a good bonding point for you and her/him to stay healthy.

Good luck on your choice but make a choice and stay with it.  Let me know ho it turns out at my e-mail  support@BestStrengthTrainingRoutines.com

As we age, we still need as much sleep as we required throughout our lives
